The Fall 2008 Curricular Connections (CC) to the Arts will help you find links between your classroom and the many events produced by the School of Fine Arts. We have a wide range of plays, concerts, recitals, lectures and exhibitions that can be incorporated into you course content.
We have provided for your convenience keywords that will help you search for events that will meet your classroom needs. Click any of these keywords to link to in-depth descriptions of arts events we feel will be useful to you and your students.

Free tickets to faculty!!!
Receive two FREE tickets if you require students to attend a performance for class. To participate, please contact Craig Harkrider at the Miami University Box Office in Shriver Center, 529-5249 or by email at BoxOffice@muohio.edu.
Discounted ticket for students
A significant discount is offered to students required to attend most ticketed events. These CC ticket discounts are listed in the event descriptions of the Performing Arts Series and the Department of Theatre pages. Once you have decided the events you will have your students attend, simply call the box office and notify them of your decision. At that point, you will be given TWO FREE tickets for you to use at that performance.
If you prefer your students sit together in a group, you will need to let the Box Office know each name of the students in your class when you secure the CC discount. The block of tickets will be held for those students until two weeks prior to the performance; at that time they will be released for general sale
