The Miami University Art Museum pursues an active role in the overall cultural life of the southwest Ohio region, recognizing dual goals of public outreach and university cooperation in keeping with the broad scope of a university that emphasizes liberal education.

Curricular Connections assists Miami faculty in creatively connecting museum resources to the university classroom.

Adventures in Art is a two-part school program. Docents come to your school to present programs (recommendations made by grade) followed by a docent-led tour of current exhibitions.

Docents are museum volunteers who assist with tours, school programs and events.

Art Museum Student Association is a group of university student art lovers. They help with programs, promotional efforts and event planning.
