1500 Elm Street Renovation
						In their effort to provide affordable housing options for all community members, Over-the-Rhine Community Housing sought US Department of Housing and Urban Devleopment (HUD) funds to develop housing for senior citizens. Miami Students worked with OTRCH to document the existing building at 1500 Elm Street and develop schematic designs to be included with the HUD application. OTRCH hopes to begin construction by late 2010.
