Painting students win national recognition
Whitney Sage, Liz Beard, and Joanna Lord, undergraduate painting students, have had their work accepted into Manifest Gallery’s “Rites of Passage” exhibition. The exhibition opens Friday, April 18, 6-9 pm, Cincinnati.

This exhibition is a result of a nationwide call to graduating BFA students. These three students represent 3 of 11 artists chosen from 47 students from 25 colleges and 360 submissions. The final selection includes 22 works by eleven artists from eight college programs. See more arts works >>
Portfolio Review Winner
Todd King, a graphic design student, has won first place in the American Institute of Graphic Arts (AIGA) Portfolio Review in Cincinnati. Participants come from design programs from around the region and were judged by area professionals.
Peg Faimon, Naus Family Scholar
Peg Faimon, Professor of Art (Graphic Design and IMS) has been awarded the "Naus Family Scholar" endowed professorship at Miami. She was nominated to Academic Affairs and the President's Office and was selected among several deserving faculty members.
